Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the account holder's own verified name. Withdrawals are processed only to the same source used for deposit, or to a verified same-name bank account, in PKR.
Collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, money laundering, chargebacks, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. jj99 reserves the right to investigate, suspend, and permanently close accounts under suspicion.

2.1 By registering an Account on the jj99 Platform, accessing any of its services, or placing any wager or bet, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with jj99's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any Game-Specific Rules applicable to individual titles or markets. 3.1 To register and maintain a jj99 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

4.1 Single Account Rule. Each eligible individual may register and operate only one (1) jj99 Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or using different devices — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. jj99 reserves the right to close all detected duplicate accounts and to confiscate all funds therein without prior notice.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. You are required to keep your account information current. 4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. jj99 will never ask you for your password via any channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using valid login credentials will be attributed to you regardless of whether it was authorised. Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately to jj99 support.
4.4 Non-Transferability. jj99 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise make your Account available to any third party. Allowing another person to access or operate your Account — whether for financial gain or otherwise — is a breach of these Terms.
jj99 is required by its gaming license to verify the identity of all Players before processing any withdrawal request and before activation of certain account features. You may be required to submit:
Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in withdrawal holds until verification is complete or, in extreme cases, account suspension.
5.1 jj99 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion.
5.2 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds that are your own personal property and that have been lawfully obtained. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving funds from a third party specifically for use on the Platform, is prohibited.
5.3 Payment Method Ownership. All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own verified name. jj99 will verify payment method ownership as part of KYC and may require additional documentation before processing withdrawals to new or unverified payment channels.
5.4 jj99 does not charge fees on standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. jj99 accepts no liability for fees imposed by third-party payment services.
5.5 Deposits made in error or in excess of intended amounts do not automatically qualify for refund if they have been wagered. Players are advised to use deposit limits available in their account settings to control their spending.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods registered in the Account holder's own verified name. jj99 applies a "same source" withdrawal policy where possible — funds deposited via JazzCash will ordinarily be returned to the same JazzCash account.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200. There is no general maximum withdrawal limit, although jj99 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in staged tranches and to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals that materially exceed a player's historical deposit levels.
6.3 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time the offer is made available.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times before they may be withdrawn. Certain game categories (including live dealer games) may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward wagering requirements — these contribution rates are specified in bonus-specific terms.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. jj99 reserves the right to void bonus awards and associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets solely designed to fulfil wagering requirements while hedging risk, or exploiting a technical error or promotional miscommunication to obtain an unintended advantage.
7.4 Bonuses are not cashable and may not be transferred between accounts. The right to a bonus may not be sold, traded, or assigned.
7.5 jj99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, provided that any wagers already in progress under the promotion at the time of cancellation will be honoured on the terms originally offered.
7.6 All bonuses are subject to the 21+ age restriction and are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification.
8.1 All bets and wagers placed on jj99 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, as displayed within the Platform. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before placing any bet.
8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface and may vary by game, account status, and current promotional terms.
8.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, jj99 will attempt to verify the true outcome using its server logs. Where an accurate outcome cannot be determined, jj99 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Player's Account. Winnings paid as a result of an obvious technical error (including software bugs or pricing errors in the sportsbook) are not valid and must be returned.
8.4 Sportsbook Specific Rules. The following additional rules apply to cricket, snooker, and other sports markets on jj99:

12.2 Where an account is closed by jj99 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited at jj99's discretion, proportionate to the severity of the breach.
12.3 By the Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting jj99 support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the ordinary course and any active bonus funds will be removed. A closed Account cannot be re-opened without jj99's express approval.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jj99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive — arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
13.2 jj99's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms limits jj99's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by jj99's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
14.1 jj99 collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
14.2 jj99 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, marketing communications (where consent has been given), and regulatory compliance. 16.4 All monetary amounts referenced in formal disputes shall be denominated and settled in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
